Yoshinoya Japanese Kitchen introduced Jon Gilliam as the restaurant chain’s CEO.

Matt Stuhl was appointed vice president of operations for Sage Restaurant Concepts, a multiconcept operator owned by Sage Hospitality Group. In this role, Stuhl assumes responsibility for the overall operations of a selection of the company’s more than 30 restaurants, bars and coffee shops across the U.S.
