Globe’s low-profile mid-size electric sandwich grills provide a 14.5-inch wide cooking surface with heavy-duty, seasoned cast iron grill plates (available grooved, smooth or a combination). It features stainless steel construction and thermostatically controlled heat from 220 to 570 degrees F. Measures 7.88 inches tall with the top closed and is 19 inches wide overall.
The Randell panini station’s wrapped wall refrigerated condiment rail fits 1/3- or 1/6-size pans and holds condiments at required temperatures. The heated platform is built on a hinge system for access to the rail below and improved ergonomics for pan transfers. Controls keep temperatures from -4 to 40 degrees F within a 2-degree fluctuation.
