The product uses automated dosing technology for precise cleaning agent dispensation, enhancing maintenance consistency, and reducing labor needs for routine maintenance, per the maker. Cleaning can run manually or according to a predetermined schedule.

This 19-pound countertop fryer comes with 2 removable baskets that can hold up to 2 pounds of food. The unit features digital temperature control and independent timers for each basket. The small-footprint unit is suitable for small operations.

Marra Forni

The MS Series of gas-fired ovens can operate on either natural gas or propane and feature a single dual-stage forced-air power burner averaging 84,000 Btus to operate. Digital touch-screen controls make the unit easier to operate. The unit features a static refractory brick cooking deck. The unit can cook up to seven 16-inch pizzas at once.

Multicook Oven


The Vector Wide Series line of multicook ovens features up to three independent oven chambers, allowing operators to control the temperature, fan speed and cook time in each individual chamber — simultaneously cooking a variety of menu items. Features programmable touch-screen control, a UL-listed ventless catalytic converter, a double-pane glass door and 4-inch adjustable legs.

Sveba Dahlen

The Sveba Dahlen electric pizza oven cooks pies at up to 932 degrees F. Operators can also use the deck oven to bake other products such as lavash bread, flatbread and pita. The unit’s highly insulated cavity and well-constructed door helps create more temperate cooking environments, per the maker.

Speed-Cook Oven


SPEED.Pro combines the features of a convection oven and a speed baking oven in a single piece of equipment. The unit can handle up to 384 bake programs and 384 speed programs.

Sterling Manufacturing

The QCG Series boilerless electric convection steamer exceeds ENERGY STAR performance levels, per the maker. This two-compartment electric convection steamer features all stainless-steel construction and fully independent cooking compartments, steam generators, valves and electrical controls. The QCG system includes two thick-wall stainless-steel quick change steam generators. The steamer is available in 6- and 10-pan capacities.

Electric Stackable Ovens

Marra Forni

The ELECTRO Series Models ELST5532-1 through ELST5532-4 are electric stackable ovens featuring a modular design. The ovens measure 55 inches wide by 36 inches deep. Operators can stack them up to 4 decks high and set them to different temperatures, ranging from 250 degrees F to 950 degrees F. Users can configure them as multideck ovens using a common chassis or independently stack them as production dictates. The ovens also feature top and bottom infrared heat control.

Electric Countertop Conveyor Toaster


The Spectrum line of conveyor toasters can toast breads, bagels, small pizzas and similar dough-based products. It features an easy-load rack, a front return chute and an optional rear product return. Other features include a stainless-steel, cool-to-the-touch exterior and a variable conveyor-speed dial control for optimal doneness.

Gas Option for Vector Multi-Cook Ovens


A gas-powered option is now available for the Vector F Series Multi-Cook Ovens, featuring three or four independent oven chambers in one unit. Operators can control the temperature, fan speed and cook time in each individual chamber and simultaneously cook a variety of menu items. Operators can manage the ovens remotely through the manufacturer’s cloud-based remote oven management system, ChefLinc.
