1515 Neol Rotisserie
This rotisserie combines an electric rotisserie and self-service display. The rotisserie contains four stainless steel rotating baskets heated by three reinforced infrared heaters with a cooking capacity of 16 to 24 chickens per hour. The control panel allows the selection of thermostat-regulated cook settings and includes an automatic shut-off with a temperature hold mode. The self-service display portion contains 2 heated stainless steel shelves with a capacity of up to 20 chickens. To make cleaning easier, the unit features an all enamel finish, opens on both sides and operators can fully dismantle the oven. The entire unit sits on four castors with two brakes for easy mobility.
Vollrath
The Cayenne rotisserie oven has a glass front and back as well as a removable drip tray. This countertop model can prepare up to eight chickens at once. The chrome-plated wire baskets can be used for a variety of products including chicken, ribs and more.
Groen
Groen braising pans come in gas and electric versions that can braise, roast, boil, pan-fry, grill, sauté, steam and hold food items. Each unit features 3-inch radius coved corners, which make it easier to move food inside the pan and makes cleanup easier by eliminating corner buildup.
