Southern Pride

Southern Pride has brought back the SC-100, its smallest smoker. The unit can smoke, roast and serve as a holding cabinet. It has two main heating elements, a single smoke element and a woodchip box. The SC-100 has four 17¾-inch-by-17¾-inch product racks that operators can adjust into 10 positions. The smoker runs on 120 VAC.
