Headquartered in Rye Brook, N.Y., the WipesPlus manufactures FDA and EPA registered and approved wet and dry wipes for foodservice areas, healthcare environments, gyms, retail, and public spaces. The company’s product line also includes dispensing solutions.
North American Kitchen Solutions Inc., a factory-direct manufacturer of commercial kitchen ventilation systems, has acquired Lane Mechanical Inc., a commercial kitchen sheet metal fabricator. Lane Mechanical’s line includes commercial kitchen hoods, stainless-steel sinks, worktables, dish tables, expo lines and more.
A quartet of company executives have completed the acquisition of Mobile Fixture from Walne Donald Jr., the longtime owner of the Alabama-based foodservice equipment and supplies dealer. In addition to continuing in their current roles, president Ben Whitlock, chief operating officer Keith Murray, director of sales Chris Pacey and chief financial officer Leigh Thompson now own the company.

After less than two years on the job, Marie Ffolkes is out as CEO for TriMark USA, a Mansfield, Mass.-based foodservice equipment and supplies dealer. Ffolkes and the company’s board of directors “mutually agreed that she will depart the company, effective immediately,” per an email announcing the transition.
