Eric Brownlee was appointed executive chef for The Katharine Brasserie & Bar, a restaurant inside the Kimpton Cardinal Hotel in Winston-Salem, N.C.
Brownlee brings more than 25 years of experience to his new role a The Katharine Brasserie & Bar. His background includes serving as a line cook at the James Beard award-winning Accomac Inn, sous chef at Daniel Island Country Club and as an executive chef at Cork Neighborhood Bistro.
Brownlee is also a founding member of the Sustainable Seafood Initiative in partnership with the South Carolina Aquarium.
