Commercial cooking equipment manufacturer UNOX has acquired Italian manufacturer Roboqbo Srl. The deal will allow UNOX to integrate “advanced robotic and process-automation technologies” into its portfolio of multifunction ovens, per a release.

Sales of foodservice equipment and supplies increased 2.1% in the third quarter of 2025, per data from Business Barometer published by the Manufacturers’ Agents Association for the Foodservice Industry.
