Private-equity firm D Cubed Group has reached an agreement to sell KPS Global to Viessmann Generations Group. KPS Global is a Texas-based manufacturer of walk-in refrigerators and freezers, among other products. The deal is expected to close within 90 days and financial terms were not disclosed, per a release announcing the transaction.

Detroit-style pizza chain Via 313 Pizzeria promoted Kiplan Welsch to president. He previously served as the chain’s vice president of operations.
