Sage Hospitality Group tapped Justin Fowler to serve as chief operating officer for its Sage Restaurant Concepts (SRC) division, effective June 1, 2024.

Anna Pata was appointed to the newly created role of chief commercial officer for Carpigiani North America, a Welbilt company that makes gelato equipment.

Alto-Shaam appointed Pedro Miranda to serve as its regional sales manager for Latin America.

Multiconcept operator Bloomin’ Brands is in the market for a new chief executive officer. That’s because David Deno, Bloomin’ Brands' current CEO has announced his plans to retire.

Industry veteran Will Means has joined Middleby as president of Southbend. Means will work with John Perruccio, a Middleby Group president whose area of responsibility includes Southbend, for the rest of the year “to ensure a smooth management transition,” per a Middleby release.

Juan Carlos Loredo will become president of Pizza Hut U.S., effective June 3. In this role, Loredo will assume responsibility for driving the overall performance of the brand’s U.S. business.

Multiconcept operator BRIX Holdings, LLC reached a deal to acquire Clean Juice. The transaction is expected to close in the next several weeks, per a release announcing the sale.

Donatos Pizza is preparing for a leadership transition. In October Tom Krouse, Donato’s chief executive officer will retire, the company announced. At that time, Kevin King, who has served as president of Donatos Pizza for the past two years, will assume the role of CEO and president.

As part of a planned succession strategy, foodservice equipment manufacturer Henny Penny named Kevin Buchler its chief executive officer. He succeeds Rob Connelly, who will become executive chairman of Henny Penny’s board of directors.

New Jersey-based foodservice equipment manufacturer Krowne Metal Corp. made two updates to its foodservice division’s sales organization by promoting Evan Priesel to serve as strategic account manager and hiring Justin Minder to serve as Eastern regional sales manager.

Multiline foodservice equipment manufacturer Welbilt has updated the leadership of its refrigeration brands. Will Means, will step down as president of Beverage-Air and Victory.  In response to this leadership change, Clint Reed, who is president of Delfield and Kolpak, will assume the role of interim president for both Beverage-Air and Victory.

Papa John’s International promoted Kurt Milburn to chief supply chain officer. He succeeds Shane Hutchins, who will retire after 26 years at Papa Johns, per a company release. Hutchins served as chief supply chain officer since October 2018.

Sellars Absorbent Materials added David Hine to serve as vice president of national accounts for the Milwaukee-based manufacturer of wipes, absorbents and towel and tissue products.
