EMC adds to its management team, while Culinary Equipment Group, Premier and Zink update their line cards.

Illinois-based rep firm Culinary Equipment Group has added Sammic to its line card. It now represents Sammic in Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

EMC Hospitality, a multi-market independent manufacturer’s rep firm, hired Johnny Rojas as distribution sales manager for its Southern California territory. In this role he will also manage key accounts for EMC. Rojas brings more than 12 years of sales and management experience in the foodservice and disposables industry to his role with EMC.

Independent manufacturers’ rep firm Premier expanded its partnership with Quantum Food Service into Southern California (MAFSI territory 22). Premier already represented Quantum Food Service in Northern California and Northern Nevada (MAFSI territory 24). Quantum manufactures shelving systems and bin storage solutions.

Zink Foodservice added Metro to its line card, per a company announcement. Metro is a manufacturer of storage and transport-related products.
