AutoQuotes parent company Revalize added the following seven individuals to its team. 

AutoQuotes’ parent company Revalize has received what it describes as a “significant minority investment” from Hg, a software and services investor. As part of the transaction, Revalize plans to acquire three European software companies: PROCAD Group in Germany, SpecPage in Switzerland and TENADO, also in Germany.

Parts Town’s parent company, PT Holdings, has made another acquisition, this time purchasing Duffy’s AIS.

Commercial cooking equipment manufacturer Vulcan has added two chefs to its team: Pete Schellenbach and Hank Sawtelle. Both chefs will carry the title of culinary specialist and will support Vulcan’s Center of Excellence, which the company announced in October.
