Wild Eggs welcomed back one of its company founders in a leadership role. JD Rothberg now serves as senior vice president of operations for the Louisville-based breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant chain.
As senior vice president of operations, Rothberg will oversee the chain’s day-to-day operations.
Rothberg left Wild Eggs in late 2019 to pursue different avenues, including most recently serving as director of operations for Bluegrass Restaurants Holdings. “Leaving Wild Eggs nearly five years ago was humbling,” said Rothberg. “Founding this concept was a labor of love, and when I left, it was a period of mourning – Wild Eggs was my baby, but it afforded me invaluable insights and reaffirmed my passion for the restaurant industry.”
