Tech24 has acquired A-1 Service Group. This marks the fifth acquisition by Tech24 in 2024.
A-1 Service Group comprises A-1 Services, A-1 Restaurant Equipment Services, Assured Power and Diversified Heating & Air. Located in Oak Creek, Wisc. A-1 Service Group serves the maintenance, repair and installation needs of commercial and residential customers across Wisconsin and Illinois.
In July, Tech24 acquired Varitech Commercial Services and in May it purchased ProCold. Tech24 also acquired Central GA Refrigeration, Total Tech Corp. and 1-2-3 Equipment Solutions.
