Tech24 has acquired Varitech Commercial Services, an Arizona-based commercial refrigeration, HVAC and commercial kitchen equipment service and repair company.
Varitech Commercial Services’ client base includes restaurants, assisted living facilities, hospitals and other commercial foodservice facilities throughout Southern Arizona.
This represents the latest in a series of acquisitions by Tech24. In May, Tech24 added to its New York operations by acquiring ProCold.
