Commercial foodservice equipment maintenance and repair company Tech24 has acquired ProCold, a service agency serving the New York City market. As a result of this deal, ProCold is now part of Tech24’s AmeriCold subsidiary.

ProCold offers commercial refrigeration and HVAC service to a variety of customers, including food retail, manufacturing, cold storage, medical centers, hospitals, schools, and other commercial institutions across New York City, Long Island and Central New Jersey. ProCold’s capabilities range from performing routine repair and maintenance services to managing large-scale refrigeration system design and installation projects.

ProCold is the fourth New York-based Company to join Tech24 in the last two years, following AmeriCold, TEK Express and Pronto Repairs.
