Tech24 acquired AmeriCold and Arrowhead Commercial Equipment. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

AmeriCold specializes in cold-side repair and installation services to foodservice customers in the New York metro area, Washington D.C., and Southeast Florida. The company’s client base includes restaurants, grocery stores, and non-commercial customers.

Based in Phoenix, Ariz., Arrowhead provides repair services, planned maintenance, and installation for foodservice and refrigeration equipment. Arrowhead provides both hot and cold-side service for customer segments including restaurants, grocery stores, country clubs and senior care facilities.

This represents the latest in a series of acquisitions by Tech24. In May, for example, Tech24 acquired Facilities Management, an Indianapolis-based service agent.
