Marra Forni has hired Danielle Mason as director of consultant services for the manufacturer of commercial brick ovens. 

In this role, Mason will represent Marra Forni within foodservice industry trade associations and consultant networks. 

Mason is no stranger to the foodservice industry, having worked with a variety of equipment manufacturers over the course of her career. Most recently, Mason held a similar role with multiline foodservice equipment manufacturer Middleby. Her background also includes working with such manufacturers as Jackson Warewashing Systems, Vivreau North America and Unified Brands.
