Hatco’s Rolston to Retire

David Rolston will retire from his role as Hatco's chief executive officer, effective April 5, 2024. Lorne Deacon, Hatco’s president, will assume the CEO role. This is the next step in a succession plan Hatco triggered a couple of years ago.

Deacon joined Hatco in 2018 as director of global marketing and product development. He was promoted to vice president of global marketing in 2019, VP in 2021, and president in 2022. Deacon started his career in the banking and financial sector, then joined the foodservice industry in 2013, eventually in a leadership role with Middleby Corporation.
