As part of a planned succession initiative principals Brent Hall, FCSI and Eric Norman, FCSI have become the sole owners of foodservice consulting firm Clevenger Associates. Tony Clevenger, FCSI, who in 1972 founded the company that bears his name, has retired from the business.

Clevenger Associates specializes in hospitality, foodservice and laundry design. The company has offices in Washington, Iowa, Illinois, California, New York, and the Philippines.

In 2017, Clevenger Associates merged with MVP Services Group, where Norman served as vice president and his father Ed Norman, FFCSI was president. Hall joined Clevenger Associates in 1996.
