Parts Town has acquired Heritage Foodservice Group. Both companies distribute parts for foodservice equipment to service agents, operators and other members of the supply chain. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Fast-casual salad concepts MAD Greens and Snappy Salads have merged. While the new company will operate under the name Salad Collective, the concepts will continue to go to market using their original names. Other terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
