The KMEdge X mid-sized cubers include multiple models in a total of eight units. Operators can place these 22-inch-wide and 28-inch tall modular ice machines on a bin, either alone or side-by-side, with ice production ranging from 383 to 669 pounds of ice per day.

Hi-Rise Corners are versatile tabletop risers, which operators can use in a variety of combinations, such as back bar displays and buffet setups. The units feature one-piece stainless construction and include four black glass shelves.
The Thermalrite Blast Chiller/Freezer utilizes a 7-inch touch control panel with programmable functions and a built-in USB interface for HACCP compliance data download. Three-inch-thick insulation protects the unit and a high-efficiency condenser helps save energy while maintaining proper temperatures.

These hot food tables feature a poly cutting board that provides a plate shelf and open base for additional storage. A stainless steel body, top and legs offer durability, and feet adjust for added flexibility. The unit includes electric sealed wells with manifold drains and thermostatic controls.
The 2 PLUS uses the programmable automatic repeat function, so recipes can be preset to operate repeatedly with over-pressure. The unit enables chefs to micro-puree fresh, deep-frozen foods without thawing to produce mousses, ice creams, and sorbets or soups, sauces and fillings. The process preserves aromas, natural colors and nutrients in ready-to-serve portions, per the maker.
Hoshizaki
Glass door low profile undercounter refrigerators from Hoshizaki include LED lights and locks. The 27-inch-wide cabinet includes 7.2 cubic feet of interior storage, while the 48-inch wide cabinet includes 13.66 cubic feet of interior storage. Both sizes provide spring assisted self-closing/stay-open hinged glass doors and adjustable epoxy-coated shelves.
Custom refrigeration is available as part of custom-fabricated chef’s counters and serving counters. One-, two- and three-door models feature self-contained or remote refrigeration, stainless steel flattops or raised-rail-style refrigerators. Standard features include stainless steel interior and exteriors, digital temperature controls, foam-in-place CFC-free urethane insulation and front fascia-mounted dial thermometers.
Continental Refrigerator
Refrigerated griddle stands come in one-foot increments and seven sizes. These front-breathing models have the option of the side-mounted condensing unit being on the left or right. Interior and exterior finishes are stainless steel with a reinforced stainless steel marine edge top. Optional flattop or top extensions are available.

The Soft & Go Plus model 151 countertop pressurized frozen treat machine produces soft ice cream, gelato, frozen yogurt, smoothies and frozen cocktails. Suitable for operations with limited space. A multilanguage, multifunctional panel communicates mix temperature, consistency and status. A visual alarm alerts when mix is low, defrost is needed, the door is open or when the unit is in cleaning mode.
Hatco Corp.
Hot/cold built-in shelves come in aluminum hardcoat and decorative stone versions. Operators can change between a heated shelf and cold shelf, depending on daypart, menu item, etc. It takes approximately 30 minutes for the shelves to transition from one mode to the other.
