The Glo-Ray curved infrared strip heater is suitable for front-of-house applications that require heat. The unit uses the manufacturer’s prefocused heat pattern to blanket food holding areas.

The FX Series convertible refrigeration system maintains consistent beginning temperatures for holding fish, meat, frozen smoothie ingredients, milk and more. The FX-2WS-290 uses R290 refrigerant, providing both freezer and refrigerator operation in a single SNAP-compliant unit.

The Fusion MBCTM4-F countertop freezer is available with R290 natural refrigerant. The unit also features a triple pane low energy glass door and enhanced LED lighting surrounding the door.

Drop-In Modular/Ganged Dry Heated Wells are insulated, full-sized wells grouped in a modular fashion. The units use dry convected heat to keep hot foods at consistent holding temperatures for extended periods. Compact individual thermostatic controls regulate each well’s temperature.

Adjustable shelving, pot racks and utensil racks convert worktables into workstations. Operators can choose to mount stainless steel over shelves measuring 10, 12, 15 or 18 inches wide in the middle of a table, in the rear or through a table’s backsplash. Shelf lengths range from 36 to 144 inches.
