Suitable for use in high-volume operations, the Tank Tank mobile waste oil collection system (Model 74SS-NA) includes a 74-gallon temporary tank that acts as an oversize caddy system. Containment options include pouring spent grease into the tank or using the unit’s integral pump and wand to draw oil into the tank. Users can wheel the unit to multiple locations to accept grease deposits before needing to empty it.
Each dry well features a Calrod heating element with independent temperature control, designed to hold a variety of foods at precise serving temperature. Steam tables are available in two, three, four and five dry well options. The tabletops are made from stainless steel, and the units come with galvanized steel adjustable feet. Each dry well features a stainless-steel liner, a durable cutting board and an adjustable undershelf. Breath guards are also available.

The PureAir Package is an air purification system for air curtains that complements the environment’s indoor air quality and disinfection efforts. The PureAir Package includes the NPBI module, a washable 1-inch-thick aluminum mesh MERV-8 particulate filter and a 10-speed 1/2hp electronically commutated motor. When the door is open, the air curtain doubles as an air purifier.
The PBF 4.0 undercounter blast chiller uses R290 refrigerant and has outside dimensions of 25¼ inches wide by 27¼ inches deep by 33½ inches tall. The units can accommodate four food trays 12 inches by 20 inches by 2½ inches deep or 5 food trays 12 inches by 20 inches by 2 inches deep. Other features include a fully programmable controller and a 2.4-inch OLED display.
The Vector Series Oven is now UL listed. Standard features of this line include programmable, touch-screen control, recipe loading via a USB port, a ventless catalytic converter, a double-pane glass door, one stainless-steel wire rack and two jet plates per cooking chamber, and 4-inch adjustable legs. The units include up to four independent oven chambers, and operators can control the temperature, fan speed and cook time for each.
This line of electric finishing ovens features quartz or Vitroceramic heating elements. Choose between models with adjustable tops with a fixed shelf or a fixed top and a repositionable shelf. Other features include an instant-on and infinite power setting, as well as a pull-out bottom tray with a wire rack. Units can be free-standing or wall mounted.

To its product offerings, Dinex added a disposable tray made of bagasse, a fibrous sugarcane pulp. The tray, per the manufacturer, can hold up to 5 pounds and fits in standard meal delivery carts. Molded channels reduce plate and beverage slippage, and the lip helps keep items from falling off.
