A standalone oil filtration unit designed to extend the life of cooking oil is part of a wheeled caddy system for fryers that lack built-in filtration. Three filter media types are available. The caddy system is suitable for fryers that cannot be directly plumbed to a waste oil containment tank or for operators looking to safely port oil from a fryer to a containment vessel.
Grease Lock disposable grease filter pads simplify hood maintenance and help increase fire safety in commercial kitchens. The pads, which replace traditional baffles, capture up to 98 percent of airborne kitchen grease before it enters an exhaust system. Grease Lock products are available in standard industry sizes.
Simplespec Fryer Hoods are low profile, with exhaust-only backshelf ventilators that mount on the wall. A plate shelf built into the front accommodates plate and condiment storage. A UL 710 listed item, the hood is intended for use with cooking appliances that cook at temperatures greater than 400 degrees F and fryers up to 30 inches deep.
QUASAR bottle fillers harness the germ-killing capabilities of UVC light in an energy-efficient, ecological LED. According to the maker, the filters achieve 99.99 percent reduction of common waterborne pathogens, including Legionella, Giardia, Listeria, Cryptosporidium, Shigella and E. coli, among others. The UVC LEDs provide sterilizing UV light with a small footprint, low energy consumption and no dangerous chemicals.
Portable Hand Sinks with Open Bases include a stainless steel tabletop with removable pan, deck-mount faucet and trash chute. Furnished with a soap and paper towel dispenser, the unit has a 115-volt pump, 5-gallon freshwater tank, 7-gallon wastewater tank, GFCI electrical outlet and 10-foot cord/plug with cord wrap.
The Fire Ready Hood system’s enhancements provide an integrated fire protection system in a smaller footprint that can replace the need for a commercial Type 1 wall canopy hood, according to the maker. Loose accessories are plug and play, and no welded grease duct is necessary. An electronic fire detection system installs easily and has an electronic remote pull.

Waterproof Folding Thermocouple Thermometers offer one-button calibration and smooth battery replacement. Ergonomic and waterproof, the 4.33-inch probe features 304 stainless-steel construction and has a 1.5 mm thin tip. The waterproof thermometer has a two- to three-second response time, per the maker. Its temperature range is between 58 degrees F and 572 degrees F.
The KA Series rack conveyor system features a high-contrast, glass touch-screen display that provides updates to operators during the washing process. Double-wall insulation minimizes noise and heat loss.

RinseWell systems install on dipper well vessels of potable water used for sanitizing utensils. It monitors the water quality and provides antimicrobial oxidizing agents for reducing bacteria. When the unit is shut down, RinseWell goes through an end of day cleaning and sanitizing cycle.
The STEAM Ventless flight-type dish machine uses 58 gallons of final rinse consumption per hour. Features include dual rinse, hinged and insulated doors, and a 30-inch-wide conveyor belt. It uses microprocessor controls with start/stop switches at both ends.
