Accurex
The Grease Trapper ESP [electrostatic precipitator] Pollution Control Unit uses two electrostatic precipitator modules and carbon filters to remove grease, smoke and odors from the exhaust airstream. For solid fuel applications, three ESP modules and two carbon modules handle the cooking load. The plates capture and remove contaminants from the airstream, eliminating the need to change out filters.

The 44 PRO Series high temperature rack conveyor dish machine features an anti-jam drive system for consistent rack movement. The rinse system yields 100 percent final rinse water coverage, using 100 gallons of water to wash up to 209 racks per hour, per the manufacturer. An interface offers maintenance software, programmable de-liming functionality and accurate digital user information.
Franke Foodservice Solutions
The EcO3Ice X1 antimicrobial ice device continuously treats water coming into ice machines to reduce microbial buildup, including bacteria, yeast and mold. The low-power unit is suitable for units producing nugget and flake ice. Bacteria in finished ice is reduced by cutting the number of necessary cleanings in half, per the manufacturer’s data.
Accurex
The self-cleaning auto scrubber hood system cleans both sides of the filters in place, along with the inside of the exhaust plenum. This eliminates the need for daily removal and cleaning and decreases fire potential. Additional features include a 2-inch gravity drain that captures grease from the pitched grease trough, and a control panel for multiple hood sections or duct sumps.
Toter
The 3069-MT-2000 mobile automated waste cart lifter fits through a standard 32-inch door frame. Featuring four 6-inch swivel casters for added stability, the lifter weighs 550 pounds and has a load rating of 350 pounds. It is compatible for use with an ANSI standard 32-, 48- or 96-gallon caster or two-wheel carts.
Omni-Rinse
A 3-in-1 rinse station includes an ice dump, a warm-water rinse platform and a drying/staging deck. The station rinses the inside and outside surfaces of mixing tins, mixing glasses, strainers, jiggers, wine carafes and other bar tools.
