Accurex
The self-cleaning auto scrubber hood system cleans both sides of the filters in place, along with the inside of the exhaust plenum. The 44 PRO Series high temperature rack conveyor dish machine features an anti-jam drive system for consistent rack movement. The rinse system yields 100 percent final rinse water coverage, using 100 gallons of water to wash up to 209 racks per hour, per the manufacturer. An interface offers maintenance software, programmable de-liming functionality and accurate digital user information.
Omni-Rinse
A 3-in-1 rinse station includes an ice dump, a warm-water rinse platform and a drying/staging deck. The station rinses the inside and outside surfaces of mixing tins, mixing glasses, strainers, jiggers, wine carafes and other bar tools.
