The Hobart SmartConnect app helps operators remotely monitor the performance of their warewashers. The app monitors sanitization status and water and energy consumption and notifies users about machine errors. T&S WaterWatch is a water-monitoring device and software that allows foodservice operators to monitor water consumption, detect leaks and optimize conservation measures. A smartphone-sized device that straps onto a restaurant’s main water line, T&S WaterWatch requires no cutting of pipes. The device works by “listening” to the flow of water and identifying the unique sound signature of each type of water use.
