T&S Brass
T&S WaterWatch is a water-monitoring device and software that allows foodservice operators to monitor water consumption, detect leaks and optimize conservation measures. A smartphone-sized device that straps onto a restaurant’s main water line, T&S WaterWatch requires no cutting of pipes. The device works by “listening” to the flow of water and identifying the unique sound signature of each type of water use. Algorithms and machine learning translate detailed measurements to accurate water use insights, including trend data and suspected leak notifications. T&S WaterWatch also protects against damage and expense caused by catastrophic failures, like a burst pipe, by sending an urgent alert.
