The app monitors sanitization status and water and energy consumption and notifies users about machine errors. This is the first in the maker’s SmartConnect365 suite of apps designed to connect operators to various Wi-Fi-enabled commercial kitchen equipment across ITW Food Equipment Group brands such as Hobart, Baxter, Traulsen and Vulcan.
