Operators can use these nonstick sheet pans with proteins and starches, along with sweets and baked goods. These pans can bake in temperatures up to 450 degrees. The full and half size sheet pans are constructed of 18-gauge aluminum, while the quarter-size is made of 16-gauge aluminum.
