Vollrath
The Cayenne rotisserie oven has a glass front and back as well as a removable drip tray. This countertop model can prepare up to eight chickens at once. The chrome-plated wire baskets can be used for a variety of products including chicken, ribs and more.
Frontline International
A standalone oil filtration unit designed to extend the life of cooking oil is part of a wheeled caddy system for fryers that lack built-in filtration. Three filter media types are available. The caddy system is suitable for fryers that cannot be directly plumbed to a waste oil containment tank or for operators looking to safely port oil from a fryer to a containment vessel.
Refrigerated Everyday Buffets keep cold food and drinks at safe temperatures. Buffets include ¼-inch-thick thermoplastic polymer double-sided food shields and side panels. These machines can evenly coat many types of foods. The unit conveys food items and submerges them in a liquid or batter of most any viscosity. Food then drops onto a breading conveyor that evenly coats the product. The breading conveyor sifts and returns breading automatically. The usable belt width measures 6 inches. The batter belt operates at 20 feet per minute, and the breader belt operates at 34½ feet per minute. Batter capacity is 6 quarts. The breading section holds 8 to 18 pounds.
Simplespec Fryer Hoods are low profile, with exhaust-only backshelf ventilators that mount on the wall. A plate shelf built into the front accommodates plate and condiment storage. A UL 710 listed item, the hood is intended for use with cooking appliances that cook at temperatures greater than 400 degrees F and fryers up to 30 inches deep.
