Ascent Hospitality Prepares for Growth

Multiconcept operator Ascent Hospitality Management hired Paul Damico to serve as its CEO. He replaces James O'Reilly as the CEO for the parent company of family dining chains Huddle House and Perkins.

Noyes Becomes Potbelly President

Adam Noyes was promoted to president of Potbelly. He previously served as the sandwich chain's chief operating officer. Bob Wright will remain with the company as CEO through the end of the year.

Supply Chain Updates

Edward Don & Company promoted Shannon Tallon to vice president of merchandising.
Steve Voss was hired to serve as vice president of sales for Rinnai America Corporation.
TriMark USA made a series of updates to its leadership team.

Remembering Bob Don

Bob Don, 89 years old, died on October 20, 2025. Before his retirement, Bob Don was the second generation of the Don family to lead Edward Don & Company.
