Playa Bowls named restaurant industry veteran Dan Harmon as CEO of the chain specializing in superfruit bowls.

Manufacturer Updates

Tuxton China tapped a tabletop veteran to serve as director of sales. Globe adds a sales manager for stainless specialties, Carpigiani North America adds to its sales and customer care teams, while Cal-Mil promotes from within.

Rep Roundup

Berner International recognizes several of its rep groups, while Insinger, Meiko and RSG update their rep networks. Zink also added a new leader to its hospitality business unit.
