Michael Meche was tapped to serve as chief restaurant officer for Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop and Wing Zone. The chains also hired Scott Wessel to serve as chief technology officer.
Meche’s background includes 30 years of experience working with Papa Johns, where he most recently served as head of franchise operations.
Wessel brings more than 20 years of experience in hospitality technology to his new role. He most recently served as senior vice president/chief information officer at MGM Resorts International.
