Parched Hospitality Finds New COO

Former Cheesecake Factory executive Michael Moore was named chief operations officer for Parched Hospitality Group, a New York City-based multiconcept operator.

Pokeworks Updates Executive Leadership

Pokeworks named Michael Walters the chain’s chief operating officer and hired Larry Sidoti to serve as chief development officer. Walters served as Pokeworks’ interim COO since September 2020.

Nissco Restaurant Dealer Group recognized the performance of a variety of manufacturers and dealers.

Remembering Mike Burkett

Mike Burkett, founder of Burkett Restaurant Equipment & Supplies, passed away on March 29, 2021. He was 63 years old.

Remembering Neven Stanisic

Neven Stanisic, a technician with KD Service, a Colorado-based service agent, passed away on March 22. He was one of 10 victims in the mass shooting at King Soopers in Boulder, Colo.
