Manufacturers like Carpigiani, Hoshizaki and more update their teams. Here’s what you missed this week. 

Carpigiani North America appointed Brian Smetana as vice president sales, strategic accounts, for the Ali Group company.

Hoshizaki America promoted Steve Wright manager, strategic dealers, hired John Blizzard to serve as manager of strategic sales and named Kevin Geyer an area sales manager.

Middleby Corp. promoted two executives to leadership roles within its TurboChef and CookTek product lines. Katie Cox now serves as president and Leslie Banados as senior vice president of sales and marketing. Additionally, Middleby named David Shave president and Andrea Coldwell general manager of its Middleby Marshall and CTX lines.

Tuxton appointed Ginger Green to serve as director of sales.

Marra Forni hired Giulio Adriani to fill the newly created position of chief pizzaiolo officer for the Maryland-based manufacturer of artisan commercial brick ovens.

Massimiliano Bizzarri was named chief executive officer of the Rancilio Group, which is an Ali Group Company. He succeeds Ruggero Ferrari, who spent four years in the role.
