Multiline foodservice equipment manufacturer Middleby named David Shave president and Andrea Coldwell general manager of its Middleby Marshall and CTX lines.

Shave assumes responsibility for leading and directing the overall business strategy and sales efforts of the brands while Coldwell will oversee the day-to-day operations in Elgin including manufacturing, operations, and accounting.

Originally from the United Kingdom, Shave entered the foodservice industry as a chef. He joined TurboChef UK in 1997 and relocated to the Dallas area headquarters in 2001. He has held a variety of senior sales positions within the company, most recently serving as senior vice president of global sales and distribution.

Coldwell most recently served as interim general manager for the Middleby Marshall and CTX brands. She joined Middleby as controller in 2023.
