Dave & Buster's Names New CEO

Dave & Buster's Entertainment appointed Yum! Brands veteran Tarun Lal to serve as chief executive officer and as a member of its board of directors.

Naf Naf to Transition its CEO Role

Greg Willman will retire from his post as CEO of Naf Naf Middle Eastern Grill. Grady Metoyer, the fast-casual chain's chief financial officer, will take over as CEO on an interim basis.

Association Updates

The National Association of College & University Food Services named the winners of its culinary competition, as well as its annual dining and service awards. Additionally, the association named Christopher Toote, Ph.D., D.Min., MBA, as its 68th chairperson and introduced six members elected to its board of trustees.
The School Nutrition Association introduced Stephanie Dillard, MS, SNS, as its president for the 2025-26 School Year.

Andrea Coldwell was promoted to president of Carter-Hoffman, which is a Middleby company.
Sarah Lavis was named director of strategic brand management for Electrolux Professional Group.
Bill Geary will become CEO of Parts Town Unlimited, the parent company of Parts Town and the Unlimited Service Group.
Unox hired Sarah Langum to serve as active marketing chef for its Pacific Northwest territory.
