The National Association of College & University Food Services named Christopher Toote, Ph.D., D.Min., MBA, executive director of UChicago Dining at the University of Chicago, as its 68th chairperson. NACUFS also introduced its 2025-2026 chairperson elect and six members elected to its board of trustees.
Christopher Toote, Ph.D., D.Min., MBAIn addition, Peter Testory of the University of Wisconsin-Madison was named NACUFS 2025-2026 chairperson-elect.
Other NACUFS members elected to serve on the organization’s board of trustees include:
- Garett DiStefano, University of Massachusetts
- Douglas Frazier, George Washington University
- Stacey Hepburn-James, Yale University
- Kris Kotte, Quest Food Management Services
- Elizabeth Riede, Appalachian State University
- Jennifer Wood, Touchwork
These trustees will join other current board members: Rahul Shrivastav, Indiana University; Ginnie Dunleavy, Rhode Island School of Design; Evan Olsen, Florida Institute of Technology; Dustin Cutler, Cornell University; Jill Horst, University of California-Santa Barbara; David Annis, University of Nebraska-Lincoln; and Robert Nelson, NACUFS president & chief executive officer.
