Commercial cooking equipment manufacturer Unox hired Sarah Langum to serve as active marketing chef for its Pacific Northwest territory.
Langum most recently served as a territory sales representative for Bargreen Ellingson, a Washington-based foodservice equipment and supplies dealer. Prior to entering sales, Langum worked as head chef at Lucia and chef de cuisine for Amazon’s Firefly Café under Bon Appétit Management Company.
In her new role as an AMC, Langum will support chefs, dealers and foodservice consultants through product demonstrations, training and consultation. She will lead individual cooking experiences throughout the Pacific Northwest, too.
