“I will continue to be very active in the company, inspiring our vision and values, building culture, developing leaders, working on major innovations and mergers and acquisitions, and supporting the team in every way possible,” said Snower. “This transition provides me with the flexibility that I need to support the needs of my family. Bill joining will provide the strong leadership presence, expertise and drive required to deliver on our vision.”

In addition, Glenn Chamberlin will join Parts Town Unlimited as chief financial officer. Lori Sherwood, who has been the company’s CFO since 2014, announced her plans to retire. Chamberlin most recently served as executive vice president of finance for BradyPLUS.

In December of 2022, PT Holdings changed its name to Parts Town Unlimited. It’s the parent company to “49 unique brands worldwide,” per a company release. Key Parts Town Unlimited divisions include Parts Town, a distributor of original equipment manufacturer parts for foodservice, residential appliance, and HVAC industries. It is also the parent company to the Unlimited Service Group, which supports the many local parts and service companies Parts Town Unlimited has acquired over the years.
