Commercial cooking equipment manufacturer RATIONAL adds two corporate chefs.
RATIONAL has hired Joe Peloquin for the role of corporate chef for the Northeast territory. Prior to joining RATIONAL, Peloquin served as an executive sous chef with Echo Lake Country Club as well as Glen Ridge Country Club.
Additionally, Toni Ragucci joined RATIONAL as corporate chef supporting the Mountain territory. Prior to joining RATIONAL staff, Ragucci was a corporate chef for Aramark.
This announcement follows the news that RATIONAL promoted six of its associates.
