Commercial cooking equipment manufacturer RATIONAL promoted six of its associates.

The list of those promoted and their new titles includes:

• Joel Elliott, senior national corporate chef. He’s been with the company since 2004, holding such positions as regional sales manager, regional corporate chef, and senior key accounts corporate chef.
• Daniel Lessem, director of education and strategic initiatives. Since joining RATIONAL in 2016, he has served as regional corporate chef and director of educational partnerships.
• Greg Mulligan, national corporate chef (iCombi). Since joining RATIONAL in 2009, he has served as regional sales manager and regional corporate chef.
• James Haberstroh, national corporate chef (iVario). He joined RATIONAL in 2022 as a regional corporate chef.
• Brandon Harpster, national corporate chef (training and events). He joined RATIONAL in April as regional corporate chef. As the title implies, he will assume full responsibility for the design and oversight of culinary training programs.
• DJ Malfitano, regional corporate chef. Malfitano has served as the regional sales manager for Illinois and Wisconsin.
