The School Nutrition Association presented its 2025 National Industry Member of the Year Award to Gayle Swain, manager of non-commercial markets for Cambro Manufacturing Company.

The award recognizes “the outstanding contributions of industry members who demonstrate exemplary support to SNA, its members and their professional communities nationwide,” per a release from the association.

An SNA member for 15 years, Swain served on the School Nutrition Foundation board for four years and is in her second year of service on the SNA Industry Advisory Council. An active California SNA member, Swain has served on CalSNA’s Public Policy & Legislation Committee, the legislative conference planning team and the fundraising committee to support conference scholarships. She has served as a trainer for the Georgia SNA Equipment Academy, as well as a breakout session speaker at numerous state affiliate conferences.
