Tech24 has acquired Total Mechanical Repair Services.

Based in Brookhaven, Miss., TMR services hot and cold side equipment and repairs HVAC systems, primarily in restaurants and convenience stores in southern Mississippi and Louisiana. TMR is a complementary acquisition to TEMCO, a Jackson, Miss.-based company Tech24 bought in 2022, per a release announcing the deal.

Acquiring TMR allows Tech24 to expand its market reach in Mississippi and provide access to the adjacent and unpenetrated market of Louisiana.
