Tech24 has acquired TEMCO, Inc., a Jackson, Miss.-based provider of repair and maintenance services for commercial kitchen and HVAC equipment.

TEMCO has a large focus on hot-side and refrigeration for its foodservice equipment customers in Jackson and the Gulf Coast area. The acquisition will help to further expand the Tech24 service area in the southeast region.

TEMCO represents the latest in a series of acquisitions by Tech24. In May, for example, Tech24 acquired Indianapolis-based Facilities Management.
