Service agent Tech24 has bought Commercial Kitchen Repairs, a provider of repair services, preventative maintenance and installation for commercial cooking equipment.
Based in Quakertown, Pa., CKR services restaurants, schools, hospitals and grocery stores in the greater Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley area as well as southwest New Jersey.
The acquisition allows Tech24 to increase its coverage in northeastern U.S. markets. In December, Tech24 acquired RMS Services, an Ambridge, Pa.-based company that services the Pittsburgh area.
