Tech24 has acquired RMS Mechanical Services. This represents Tech24’s seventh acquisition.

Based in Ambridge, Pa., RMS is a provider of foodservice and commercial HVAC equipment repair, maintenance and installation, for both hot and cold foodservice equipment. This acquisition increases Tech24’s presence in the Pittsburgh area.

Tech24 has been active on the acquisition trail of late. For example, earlier this year Tech24 purchased Yukon Refrigeration, giving the company a greater presence in the Southern Illinois market.
