Combi oven manufacturer Eloma USA made two changes within its sales and marketing organization. Matthew Auck was named vice president of sales and marketing and Jason Jones was appointed sales manager for the Ali Group company.

Auck assumes the role previously held by Martin Huddleston, who assumed the position of general manager for Convotherm U.S. earlier this year. Auck assumes responsibility for leading all United States sales, service, and support activities for Eloma USA. A classically trained chef, Auck joined Eloma in 2020 as director, sales and culinary.

Jones will support all sales activities for the brand in the U.S., reporting directly to Auck. Jones’ foodservice background includes a culinary degree from the New England Culinary Institute, and several executive chef positions across a broad array of segments from fine dining to catering.  In his most recent role, he consulted with customers to build high-end, multifaceted kitchens for a variety of foodservice operations in partnership with a distributor in the Ohio River Valley.
