Matt Auck was named director of sales and culinary for Eloma USA, an Ali Group company.

In his new role, Auck assumes responsibility for developing, managing, and growing sales of combi ovens in the US market.

Auck’s background includes experience working with a cooking equipment manufacturer where he was responsible for developing and managing sales of combi and speed ovens along with other equipment.
