More than a year after coming to terms on a deal, Ali Group received completed its acquisition of multiline foodservice equipment manufacturer Welbilt.
Upon completion of the deal, Ali Group named Kevin Clark chief executive officer of Welbilt, replacing Bill Johnson who left the organization. Replacing Clark as president of ACP, also an Ali Group brand, is David Kalinowski.
In addition, Ali Group made a series of executive-level changes. Company veteran Erik Nommsen was named chief executive officer of Ali Group North America. Also, Rob August and Tom Hotard were named senior vice presidents for Ali Group.
