David Kalinowski has been named president of ACP Inc., an Ali Group company, effective immediately.

Kalinowski replaces Kevin Clark, who was appointed president of Welbilt. In his new role, Kalinowski assumes responsibility for the day-to-day management of ACP, which includes the following foodservice equipment lines: Amana Commercial, Menumaster Commercial and XpressChef.

Kalinowski joined Scotsman, also an Ali Group brand, in 2006 as a financial analyst, coming from W.W. Grainger, Inc., where he spent six years and held various positions in finance and accounting. During his tenure as part of the Scotsman accounting team, Kalinowski was promoted to positions of increasing responsibility and has served as chief financial officer/vice president of finance since 2016.
